About the role
Crateline provides fulfilment services to e-commerce brands, operating six warehouses with a combined capacity of over four lakh square feet. We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for our Gurugram facility, which processes up to 25,000 orders daily during peak periods. You will own inbound, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch operations, manage a team of eight supervisors and around 180 associates including contract staff, and be accountable for SLA adherence, inventory accuracy and cost per order. Experience running a large B2C fulfilment or FMCG distribution centre with a WMS is essential; peak season planning experience is particularly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Own daily operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Deliver SLA, inventory accuracy and cost-per-order targets
- Manage supervisors and contract manpower planning across shifts
- Run cycle counts, audits and shrinkage control processes
- Plan capacity and manpower for sale events and festive peaks
- Drive process improvements using data from the warehouse management system
