Terms of use
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms cover everyone who uses NearJob24, whether you are looking for work or hiring.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. You choose at signup whether it is a candidate account or an employer account, and that choice is fixed for the life of the account — if you need the other kind, create it separately.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
You must be old enough to work lawfully in India to hold a candidate account.
What you post
You are responsible for what you put on the site — your profile, your CV, a job posting, a message. It has to be accurate, it has to be yours to share, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or discriminatory.
Job postings go through moderation before they appear publicly. We can refuse, edit or remove a posting, and we can suspend an account, where something breaks these terms. Where a posting is rejected the reason is recorded and shown to whoever posted it.
Employers must not ask candidates for money to apply, to interview, or to be hired.
What we do and do not promise
NearJob24 puts candidates and employers in touch. We are not a party to anything you agree between yourselves — not an interview, not an offer, not a contract, not pay. We do not vet the truth of a job posting or of a profile beyond the moderation described above, and we do not guarantee that a posting is genuine, that a role is still open, or that you will hear back.
No money passes through this site. There is no escrow, no payment handling and no contract management here.
Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and update the date below.
