About the role
Crateline provides fulfilment and warehousing services to D2C brands, running six fulfilment centres across India with same-day dispatch commitments to marketplaces and brand webstores. We are hiring Warehouse Operations Executives for our Bhiwandi-linked Mumbai facility. You will supervise inbound, putaway, picking and packing for a set of brand accounts, keep inventory accuracy above 99.5 percent, and manage a floor team of 15 to 20 associates. Experience with a WMS and marketplace SLAs such as those of large e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
What you will own
- Supervise inbound receipt, quality check and putaway within SLA
- Run wave picking and packing to meet marketplace cut-off times
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in the WMS
- Allocate and monitor a floor team of 15 to 20 associates
- Coordinate with courier partners on pickup schedules and manifest closure
- Report dispatch, accuracy and productivity metrics to the site manager
