About the role
Kavachsure General Insurance sells motor and health policies through a growing direct-to-customer channel, and our Mumbai digital team owns the buyer journey from quote to claim. We are hiring UI/UX designers to simplify flows that are legally required to carry dense information: proposal forms, disclosures and claim intimation. The job involves genuine constraint-driven design, working with compliance on what can and cannot be simplified, and testing prototypes with real customers monthly. Portfolios should show shipped mobile-web work and the reasoning behind it. Hybrid, three days a week at our Andheri East office.
Responsibilities
- Design quote, proposal and claim journeys for mobile web
- Work with compliance to present mandatory disclosures without wrecking usability
- Run monthly moderated tests and feed findings into the backlog
- Maintain the digital design system in Figma
- Hand off specifications and review built screens against them
- Track funnel metrics with the product team after each release
