About the role

Gyanpath Learning creates exam preparation content for government job aspirants across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh. Our Lucknow studio produces daily creative output: current affairs graphics, course promotion banners, YouTube thumbnails and printed booklet covers, most of it bilingual in Hindi and English. We are hiring designers who work fast without becoming sloppy, understand what reads clearly on a low-end phone screen, and can follow brand guidelines while keeping thumbnails competitive. Expect ten to fifteen deliverables daily during peak admission seasons, with a shared queue and clear priorities. Devanagari typography skills are a genuine advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Produce daily social media graphics, banners and YouTube thumbnails
  • Design covers and layouts for printed study material
  • Maintain bilingual brand consistency across Hindi and English creatives
  • Work the shared design queue against stated priorities
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed and resolution
  • Archive source files in the agreed folder structure

Required skills

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Canva
  • Graphic Design
  • Social Media Marketing
