About the role

Loopstack is a remote-first developer tools company registered in Pune, building release orchestration software used by engineering teams worldwide. We are hiring our second product designer to own the platform's information-dense surfaces: deployment timelines, environment diffing and audit views. Designing for developers means precision over decoration; you will interview users, write design rationale documents and ship specifications engineers can build without guesswork. Portfolio evidence of complex B2B or developer-facing product work is required, and we will ask you to walk through decisions, not just screens. Remote within India, with a preference for candidates who can reach Pune occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Design complex workflow surfaces for a developer audience
  • Run user interviews and synthesise findings into design decisions
  • Maintain and extend the product's design system in Figma
  • Write specifications precise enough to build without clarification rounds
  • Review built features against spec before release
  • Contribute to design critique and written RFC discussions

Required skills

  • Figma
  • UI Design
  • UX Research
  • Communication Skills

About the company

Loopstack

Software Products & SaaS · 11-50 employees · Bengaluru

Loopstack is a Bengaluru startup building an incident-management and on-call scheduling tool for engineering teams at Indian mid-market companies. The product integrates with widely used monitoring, chat and ticketing tools and is sold on a per-seat subscription. The founding team previously ran platform engineering at large consumer-internet firms. Engineers work in a single product squad from an office in Indiranagar, with two remote days a week. The company hires for TypeScript, Go and Kubernetes experience and expects every new hire to sit in on customer calls during onboarding.
