Our Bengaluru learning academy onboards around 800 campus hires a year through a 12-week bootcamp. We are hiring Technical Trainers to deliver the Java and database tracks. You will teach core Java, SQL and unit testing, evaluate trainee projects, and refresh curriculum with delivery teams so training matches live project needs. Candidates should have four or more years of hands-on development experience and genuine interest in teaching; prior training experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and lab sessions on core Java, SQL and unit testing
- Design coding assignments, capstone projects and evaluation rubrics
- Assess trainee progress and run remedial support for weak performers
- Update curriculum quarterly with inputs from delivery units
- Certify batches and publish readiness reports to resourcing teams
- Mentor trainees through their first project transition
