About the role

Gyanpath Learning runs hybrid coaching programmes for CBSE students of classes 9 to 12, combining classroom centres in Delhi NCR with a digital practice platform used by over 80,000 students. We are hiring Mathematics Faculty for our Noida centres. You will teach batches of 25 to 30 students, own their board-exam outcomes, contribute to question banks, and take structured doubt sessions. M.Sc Mathematics with strong command over the classes 9 to 12 syllabus is required; B.Ed and prior coaching experience are preferred. Compensation includes performance incentives linked to student results and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lectures for classes 9 to 12 mathematics batches
  • Conduct weekly tests, evaluate answer scripts and share individual feedback
  • Run doubt-clearing sessions and track weak students with remedial plans
  • Contribute questions and solutions to the central question bank
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate progress honestly
  • Coordinate with academic operations on batch schedules and syllabus completion
