About the role
Gyanpath Learning operates hybrid CBSE coaching across Delhi NCR with a faculty pool of over 140 teachers. We are creating a Teacher Training Specialist role at our Noida head office to standardise teaching quality across centres. You will design induction and refresher programmes, observe classes against a structured rubric, coach faculty on pedagogy and classroom management, and run certification cycles twice a year. Candidates should have taught for at least five years with some experience mentoring other teachers, and be comfortable giving direct, evidence-based feedback to senior faculty.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction training for newly hired faculty
- Observe live and recorded classes and score them on the teaching rubric
- Coach faculty one-on-one with specific improvement plans
- Run biannual faculty certification and publish results to academic leadership
- Maintain the training calendar and content repository
- Analyse student feedback and results to target training interventions
