About the role
Abhyasa Labs prepares students for JEE, NEET and government examinations through classroom centres in Rajasthan and Bihar and a national online platform with 1.2 lakh paid learners. We are hiring Senior Physics Faculty for our Jaipur flagship centre to teach JEE Advanced batches. You will handle top-tier batches, design problem sets and test papers, and mentor two junior faculty members. Candidates must have taught JEE-level physics for at least four years with demonstrable results; IIT or NIT graduates and postgraduates in physics are preferred. Compensation includes result-linked annual incentives.
Responsibilities
- Teach JEE Main and Advanced physics to senior batches
- Design DPPs, module problems and full-length test papers
- Analyse test data and run targeted revision for weak topics
- Mentor junior physics faculty and review their class delivery
- Record selected lectures for the online platform each term
- Engage parents of top-ranker batches on progress reviews
