Nivara Tech Solutions hires over 1,200 technology professionals a year across development, cloud and data roles. Our Bengaluru talent acquisition team is hiring specialists to own end-to-end recruitment for niche skills such as data engineering, DevOps and Java microservices. You will work with delivery managers on demand planning, source through job portals, referrals and direct outreach, manage offer negotiations, and keep joining ratios healthy through structured candidate engagement. You should be comfortable carrying a monthly closure target and reporting funnel metrics accurately. Experience recruiting for IT services or product companies, including bulk lateral drives, is required.
Responsibilities
- Own requisitions end to end for assigned technology skill families
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, social channels and direct outreach
- Coordinate interview panels and drive turnaround on feedback
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation and pre-joining engagement
- Track funnel metrics, offer-to-join ratios and ageing in weekly reviews
