About the role

Vindhya Polymers manufactures rigid packaging and moulded components at two plants near Vadodara, employing around 600 permanent and contract workers. We are hiring an HR Executive at our Waghodia plant to support day-to-day HR operations. You will manage attendance and leave records in the biometric system, support monthly payroll inputs, coordinate contractor workforce documentation, and handle onboarding and exit formalities for plant staff. You will also assist the HR Manager with statutory filings under PF, ESIC and factory compliance. This is a hands-on plant HR role suited to someone organised, discreet and comfortable on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records for plant employees
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and resolve salary queries
  • Manage onboarding, induction and exit formalities including full and final settlements
  • Maintain contractor workforce documentation and gate compliance records
  • Support PF, ESIC and factory act filings with the HR Manager
