About the role
Kridha Infotech's Hyderabad campus houses 900 employees across application services and infrastructure delivery units. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to work with two delivery units totalling around 450 employees. You will partner with unit heads on workforce planning, drive the appraisal and promotion cycles, manage employee relations cases with proper documentation, and act on attrition insights from exit and stay interviews. The role requires confident stakeholder management with senior delivery leaders and disciplined use of HR data. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR with prior HRBP experience in IT services is expected.
Responsibilities
- Partner with delivery leaders on workforce planning, rotations and bench management
- Run appraisal, promotion and increment cycles for assigned units
- Manage employee relations cases, inquiries and documentation
- Analyse attrition drivers and run targeted retention interventions
- Drive engagement calendars and skip-level connect programmes
