About the role

Dhruvatara Renewables operates 480 MW of solar and wind capacity, including three solar plants in Rajasthan totalling 190 MW. We are hiring a Site Operations Manager based near Jaipur to oversee operations and maintenance across these plants. You will own generation performance against P50 estimates, manage the O&M contractor's scope and SLAs, oversee preventive maintenance schedules and module cleaning cycles, and ensure grid compliance and safety standards. You will manage site engineers at each location, with weekly travel between plants. An electrical engineering background with solar O&M experience at utility scale is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own plant availability and generation performance against budgeted estimates
  • Manage O&M contractor SLAs, preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules
  • Review inverter, transformer and string-level performance data weekly
  • Ensure grid code compliance, safety audits and statutory clearances
  • Manage spares inventory and site-level procurement within budget
  • Lead site engineers and coordinate owner's reviews across three plants
