About the role

Amrutva Foods manufactures packaged sweets, namkeen and ready-to-cook mixes sold across western India through modern trade and e-commerce. Our Nashik plant is FSSC 22000 certified and runs two shifts with around 220 workers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor for the namkeen and frying lines. You will run shift operations to plan, keep yields and giveaway within norms, and enforce hygiene and food-safety discipline on the line. Candidates from food, FMCG or pharma plants with exposure to GMP documentation will fit well.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the daily production plan for frying and packing lines in your shift
  • Track batch yields, oil consumption and packing giveaway against norms
  • Enforce GMP, hygiene and allergen-control practices on the shop floor
  • Manage shift manpower, contract labour attendance and line allocation
  • Close shift handover reports and escalate quality holds promptly
  • Support FSSC 22000 and customer audit preparation
