About the role
Dhruvatara Renewables develops and executes utility-scale and commercial rooftop solar projects, with over 800 MW commissioned across Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Our Ahmedabad procurement team is hiring an executive to handle balance-of-system buying, covering module mounting structures, cables, inverter spares and site consumables. You will float enquiries, compare technical-commercial offers, negotiate rates and delivery schedules, and track vendor performance against project timelines. Experience purchasing for EPC or infrastructure projects is required, along with working knowledge of GST documentation and inward logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
- Float RFQs and prepare commercial comparisons for BOS packages
- Negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedules with approved vendors
- Release purchase orders and track deliveries against project milestones
- Coordinate transport and site delivery with logistics partners
- Maintain vendor ratings on quality, delivery and responsiveness
- Resolve invoice and GST mismatches with accounts and suppliers
