About the role

Nidaan Health operates NABL-accredited diagnostic labs and over 300 collection centres across eastern and northern India. We are expanding home-collection services in Lucknow and hiring phlebotomists for morning-slot sample collection. You will visit patient homes on a two-wheeler, collect blood and other samples with correct technique and labelling, maintain cold-chain during transport, and hand over to the processing centre within defined windows. Candidates should have completed class 12 with a certificate course in phlebotomy; freshers receive two weeks of supervised training. A valid driving licence and own two-wheeler are required; fuel is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned home-collection visits within promised time slots
  • Collect samples with correct technique, tubes and patient identification
  • Maintain cold-chain and timely handover to the processing centre
  • Record collections in the app and handle payments where applicable
  • Follow biomedical waste and needle-safety protocols without exception
