About the role

Hetvi Lifesciences operates a pharmacovigilance and drug-safety centre in Hyderabad supporting our own marketed products and contracted safety work for partner companies. We are hiring Pharmacovigilance Associates from the 2025 and 2026 pharmacy and life-science batches. After a four-week paid training on safety databases and MedDRA coding, you will process individual case safety reports, perform duplicate checks, write case narratives and route cases for medical review under strict regulatory timelines. B.Pharm, M.Pharm or life-science graduates with strong written English should apply. The centre works in two shifts; night shifts are not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform case intake, duplicate search and data entry in the safety database
  • Code adverse events and drugs using MedDRA and company dictionaries
  • Write clear case narratives and flag serious cases for expedited handling
  • Meet daily quality and productivity targets with full audit trails
  • Support aggregate report data pulls under senior guidance
