About the role

Hetvi Lifesciences is an Ahmedabad-headquartered pharmaceutical company with formulations business in India and semi-regulated markets, and a growing clinical development function supporting bioequivalence and Phase III studies. We are hiring a Clinical Research Associate to monitor investigator sites in Gujarat and Maharashtra. You will verify source data, track enrolment and protocol deviations, manage site documentation, and ensure studies run to ICH-GCP and CDSCO requirements. Life-science or pharmacy graduates with monitoring experience at a CRO or sponsor should apply. The role involves 8 to 10 days of site travel a month.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits per the monitoring plan
  • Perform source data verification and resolve queries with site staff
  • Track enrolment, consent documentation and protocol deviations
  • Maintain trial master file sections and follow up on site regulatory documents
  • Report visit findings and escalate compliance risks to the study lead
