About the role

Torqen Mobility manufactures electric drivetrain components and battery enclosures for two- and three-wheeler OEMs at our Chakan plant near Pune. As we scale from 400 to 650 employees this year, structured training has become a priority. We are hiring a Learning and Development Executive to run the training calendar across safety, quality systems, technical skills and supervisory development. You will coordinate internal and external trainers, maintain training records for IATF audit requirements, measure effectiveness through assessments, and administer the apprentice and NEEM trainee programmes. Experience running training operations in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the annual training calendar across safety, quality and technical skills
  • Coordinate internal trainers, external agencies and training logistics
  • Maintain skill matrices and training records to IATF audit standards
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments and on-the-job evaluation
  • Administer apprentice and trainee programmes including stipends and documentation
