About the role
Fibretel Networks provides enterprise internet leased lines, MPLS and managed Wi-Fi services to businesses across western India. We are hiring a Key Account Manager in Mumbai to manage a portfolio of around forty enterprise accounts in BFSI and media. The role combines farming existing accounts for upgrades and cross-sell with acquiring a small number of named prospects each quarter. You will work with our solution engineering team on feasibility, coordinate service delivery timelines, and act as the commercial escalation point for your accounts. Experience selling telecom, ISP or network services to enterprises is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue, renewals and receivables for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Identify upgrade and cross-sell opportunities across bandwidth, MPLS and managed services
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing within approved discount bands
- Coordinate with service delivery and NOC teams on installations and escalations
- Maintain account plans and forecast accuracy in Salesforce
