About the role
Hetvi Lifesciences is a formulations manufacturer with two plants near Vadodara and a corporate office in Ahmedabad, supplying domestic and semi-regulated export markets. We are hiring a systems administrator based at the Vadodara plant to manage servers, Active Directory, plant network infrastructure and backups, and to support the lab and manufacturing systems that depend on them. Pharma IT carries audit obligations: changes are documented, access is reviewed, and data integrity practices follow our quality procedures. Experience supporting a manufacturing or laboratory environment is strongly preferred, and audit exposure is an advantage. Six-day working week as per plant schedule.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory and backups
- Maintain plant network including switches, Wi-Fi and firewall rules
- Support lab and manufacturing application servers with vendors
- Execute change control and access reviews per quality procedures
- Maintain evidence and documentation for customer and regulatory audits
- Provide second-level support to around 250 plant users
