About the role
Vindhya Polymers manufactures injection-moulded components for appliance and automotive customers from its plant on the outskirts of Bhopal, employing around 400 people. We need an IT support executive to keep day-to-day systems running: desktops and printers across the plant and office, the attendance and weighbridge systems, CCTV storage, and first-line support for our Tally and ERP users. You will be the only on-site IT person, with an external vendor for escalations, so ownership and calm troubleshooting matter more than deep specialisation. Diploma or graduate in a computer-related field, with at least a year of hands-on support experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for desktops, printers and email across the plant
- Maintain attendance, weighbridge and CCTV systems with vendors
- Manage user accounts, antivirus updates and data backups
- Support Tally and ERP users with access and printing issues
- Keep the IT asset register and licence records current
- Coordinate escalations with the external IT vendor
