About the role
Kavachsure General Insurance underwrites motor, health and commercial lines and distributes through agents, brokers and digital partners across 140 branches. Our Jaipur branch is hiring Insurance Sales Officers for the agency channel. You will recruit and activate individual agents, support them on client meetings for motor and health policies, and drive renewals in your catchment. The role requires daily local travel and comfort working against monthly issuance targets. IRDAI licensing support and product training are provided during onboarding. Candidates from insurance, NBFC or banking sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, license and activate individual insurance agents in the assigned catchment
- Drive fresh premium and renewal targets for motor and health lines
- Accompany agents on client meetings and support quotation and issuance
- Track lapsed policies and run renewal calling drives with the branch team
- Ensure proposal forms and KYC documentation meet underwriting requirements
