About the role
Abhyasa Labs builds assessment and practice software used by colleges and training institutes, with a team of 85 across Bengaluru and remote locations. We are hiring our second HR team member, an HR Generalist who can run the breadth of people operations for a growing company. You will manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll inputs with our outsourced payroll partner, HRMS hygiene, and the engagement calendar. You will also help formalise policies as we grow past 100 people. This role suits someone from a startup environment who is organised, approachable and comfortable owning outcomes without a large team behind them.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment scheduling, offers and onboarding for all open roles
- Manage monthly payroll inputs with the outsourced payroll partner
- Keep HRMS records, letters and documentation audit-ready
- Run engagement activities, pulse surveys and exit interviews
- Draft and roll out policies as the organisation scales
