About the role
Sahyadri Capital Services is a financial services firm offering loan against securities, margin trade funding and structured credit to HNI and corporate clients. Our Mumbai office is hiring Financial Analysts for the credit and portfolio monitoring team. You will analyse borrower financials, build repayment capacity models, prepare credit appraisal notes for the sanctioning committee, and monitor collateral cover on the live book with daily mark-to-market checks. The role demands strong Excel modelling, attention to covenant detail and crisp written notes. CA, CFA Level 2 or an MBA in finance is preferred, along with prior credit analysis experience at an NBFC or bank.
Responsibilities
- Analyse borrower financial statements and prepare credit appraisal notes
- Build cash flow and repayment capacity models for proposed facilities
- Monitor collateral cover, margins and covenant compliance on the live portfolio
- Prepare early warning reports and escalate breaches to the risk committee
- Support quarterly portfolio reviews and rating agency data requests
