About the role

Dhruvatara Renewables develops and operates solar and wind assets with an operational portfolio of 480 MW across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Karnataka. We are hiring a Finance Manager at our Gurugram office to lead financial planning and lender reporting for our operating SPVs. You will own budgets and quarterly forecasts, manage debt covenant compliance and DSRA tracking across project loans, coordinate statutory audits for multiple entities, and support refinancing workstreams with lenders. The role manages a team of three. A chartered accountant or MBA finance with infrastructure, energy or project finance experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own annual budgets and rolling forecasts for operating SPVs
  • Manage lender reporting, covenant compliance and DSRA tracking across project loans
  • Coordinate statutory and internal audits for multiple entities
  • Review monthly MIS and variance analysis before leadership submission
  • Support refinancing, credit rating and due diligence processes
  • Lead and develop a team of three finance professionals
