About the role
Abhyasa Labs runs classroom and online preparation for banking, SSC and state government examinations, with three centres in Patna serving over 4,000 enrolled students. We are hiring English Faculty to teach grammar, comprehension and descriptive writing for IBPS, SBI and SSC CGL aspirants. You will deliver daily classes, prepare sectional tests aligned to the latest exam patterns, and run answer-writing practice for descriptive papers. Postgraduates in English with prior competitive-exam teaching experience should apply. Evening batches run until 8 pm and Sunday mock-test duty rotates among faculty.
Responsibilities
- Teach grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension for banking and SSC batches
- Prepare sectional tests and analyse student performance batch-wise
- Conduct descriptive writing practice with individual corrections
- Update material when exam patterns or cut-off trends change
- Counsel students on attempt strategy and time management
