About the role

Amrutva Foods sells packaged sweets, namkeen and ready-to-cook mixes through general trade, modern trade and e-commerce across western India, manufactured at our Nashik plant. • Run the monthly S&OP cycle and publish consensus numbers to the plant
  • Set safety stock and reorder norms for three depots considering shelf life
  • Track forecast accuracy and bias, and correct systematic errors
  • Plan festival builds for Diwali and Raksha Bandhan with production and procurement
  • Highlight ageing and near-expiry stock for liquidation decisions
