About the role
Sabziko delivers fresh vegetables, fruit and daily groceries in under 30 minutes across Jaipur through a network of 14 dark stores. We are hiring Dark Store Operations Executives for new stores in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar and Malviya Nagar. The work covers receiving stock, quality-checking perishables, binning, picking orders during peak slots and coordinating handovers to delivery riders. Shifts rotate between 6 am and 11 pm with weekly offs on rotation. Freshers who have passed class 12 are welcome; training is provided in the first two weeks.
Responsibilities
- Receive morning inbound stock and complete quality checks on perishables
- Bin items accurately and maintain FIFO for fresh categories
- Pick and pack orders within the four-minute store-level SLA
- Hand over orders to riders and reconcile order counts each shift
- Record dumps, shrinkage and expiry write-offs honestly in the app
- Keep the store clean and audit-ready at all times
