About the role
Nivara Tech Solutions runs outsourced customer service operations for domestic clients in banking, telecom and e-commerce from delivery centres in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an inbound voice process supporting a leading consumer app. You will handle account, payment and order-related queries in Hindi, English and Telugu, follow documented resolution flows, and meet quality and handling-time norms. This is an excellent first job for graduates who communicate clearly and stay calm with upset customers. Three weeks of paid classroom and on-the-job training are provided. Rotational shifts between 7 am and 11 pm with two weekly offs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries using documented procedures
- Record case details accurately in the CRM and complete after-call work on time
- Meet daily targets for quality scores, resolution rate and average handling time
- Escalate complex cases to the floor supervisor with complete context
- Stay updated on client process changes through daily briefings
