About the role

Kridha Infotech provides technology and business process services to clients in India and the Middle East. Our Pune centre is hiring Customer Support Associates for a non-voice process serving an international travel client. You will resolve booking amendments, refund status queries and documentation requests over email and chat, working against defined response and resolution timelines. Strong written English is mandatory since all communication is text based. The process runs 24x7; night shift allowance and cab drop are provided for eligible shifts. Candidates with prior email or chat process experience will be given preference, though trained freshers are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer emails and chats within committed response and resolution timelines
  • Process booking changes, cancellations and refund follow-ups in client systems
  • Maintain quality scores through accurate, well-written and complete replies
  • Flag recurring issues and process gaps to team leads with examples
  • Meet daily productivity targets across assigned queues
