About the role
Yatrik Stays runs a central reservations desk in Gurugram supporting guests across our 38 hotels and serviced apartments. We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle booking calls, modifications, cancellations and pre-arrival queries. You will coordinate with property front offices on early check-ins, special requests and payment confirmations, and call back guests on missed enquiries. Clear spoken Hindi and English and a courteous phone manner matter more than prior experience; we train selected candidates on our booking system for two weeks. The desk operates 6 am to midnight in rotational shifts with weekly offs by roster.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound reservation calls and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Process booking modifications, cancellations and refund requests per policy
- Coordinate guest requests with property front office teams before arrival
- Follow up on abandoned website bookings and missed calls
- Record guest interactions and feedback accurately in the reservation system
