About the role
Credvia is a digital lending NBFC offering personal and small-business loans through its app and co-lending partnerships, with an AUM of about 1,900 crore rupees. We are hiring a Compliance Manager at our Mumbai head office reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. You will run the compliance monitoring calendar, own RBI returns and inspection preparedness, review digital lending journeys against regulatory guidelines, and track new circulars into actionable changes. Candidates should have five or more years in NBFC or bank compliance with direct experience of RBI digital lending and KYC master directions. CS, CA or LLB qualification preferred.
What you will own
- Own the regulatory compliance calendar and timely filing of RBI returns
- Review lending journeys, disclosures and partner integrations against RBI digital lending guidelines
- Track regulatory circulars and drive implementation with product and operations
- Coordinate RBI inspections and close observations within timelines
- Run compliance testing and present findings to the board committee
- Deliver periodic compliance training across functions
