About the role
Dhruvatara Renewables builds utility-scale solar plants across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, with over 800 MW commissioned. We are hiring Civil Engineers for upcoming sites in the Jaisalmer and Bikaner belt, coordinated from our Jaipur project office. You will supervise pile foundations, module mounting structure erection, control-room and inverter-station civil works, and internal roads and drainage. Candidates need two to five years in solar, transmission or industrial civil works and willingness for extended site postings with rotation leave. Experience with pull-out tests and structure tolerance checks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise piling, foundation and MMS erection to design tolerances
- Conduct pull-out and verticality checks and maintain test records
- Execute control room, inverter station and boundary civil works
- Coordinate contractors' manpower and machinery to the L2 schedule
- Verify contractor measurements and certify work for billing
- Maintain quality and safety documentation for client audits
