About the role

Prithvi Infraprojects is a Hyderabad-headquartered EPC company executing national highway, flyover and irrigation projects with an order book of over 4,000 crore rupees. We are hiring Site Engineers for a four-laning package near Nagpur. You will supervise earthwork, GSB, WMM and bituminous layers, coordinate with the survey and QA teams, and manage subcontractor gangs to daily targets. B.E. or B.Tech in Civil with two or more years on road projects is required. Site accommodation, mess and hard-site allowance are provided; work follows the project calendar with a monthly paid leave cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Execute earthwork and pavement layers to drawings and IRC specifications
  • Set daily targets for subcontractor gangs and track productivity
  • Coordinate survey checks, levels and layout before each activity
  • Raise material requisitions and verify consumption against BOQ norms
  • Maintain daily progress reports, pour cards and site registers
  • Enforce safety protocols and toolbox talks on your stretch
