About the role
Prithvi Infraprojects executes highway, bridge and irrigation projects across seven states. Our one-year Graduate Trainee Engineer programme inducts civil engineering graduates into site execution, quality and planning roles, starting with a bridge and road package near Bhubaneswar. Trainees rotate through execution, QA lab and billing over twelve months with a dedicated site mentor, then confirm into a functional role. 2025 and 2026 batch B.E. or B.Tech Civil graduates willing to work at project sites anywhere in India should apply. Bachelor accommodation, mess and site allowances are provided in addition to the stipend.
Responsibilities
- Assist site engineers in daily execution and measurement of works
- Learn and perform QA lab tests for soil, aggregate and concrete
- Prepare bar bending schedules and quantity take-offs under guidance
- Maintain daily progress data and photographic records
- Rotate through billing to learn RA bill preparation
- Present quarterly reviews to the project manager and mentor
