About the role
Sahyadri Capital Services processes client onboarding, loan disbursals and settlement operations from our Pune back office. We are hiring Operations Executives for the loan operations desk. You will verify KYC documentation and agreement execution before disbursal, process lien marking on pledged securities with depositories, reconcile daily disbursal and collection entries, and prepare exception reports for the risk team. The work is deadline-driven around market hours and demands zero-error discipline on financial entries. A commerce or finance graduate with strong Excel skills is preferred; experience in broking, NBFC or bank operations will help you ramp up quickly. NISM certification support is provided after joining.
Responsibilities
- Verify KYC, agreements and sanction terms before disbursal processing
- Process lien marking and release requests with depositories accurately
- Reconcile daily disbursal, collection and interest entries against bank statements
- Prepare exception and pending-case reports for risk and sales teams
- Respond to client service requests within committed timelines
