About the role
Kridha Infotech runs a twice-yearly trainee intake at its Indore headquarters for graduates who want to build a career in web development. Trainees spend three months on PHP, MySQL and front-end fundamentals under a dedicated trainer, then move to supervised client work with a senior developer reviewing every commit. Confirmation depends on a practical assessment at the end of month three. We prefer candidates from Indore or willing to relocate, since the programme is fully in-office. BCA, MCA or engineering graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches may apply; strong basics matter more than the institute name.
Responsibilities
- Complete the three-month training curriculum in PHP, MySQL and JavaScript
- Build assigned practice projects and pass weekly code reviews
- Assist senior developers on live projects with small, reviewed tasks
- Fix minor bugs on maintenance contracts under supervision
- Maintain daily task logs in the project management tool
- Pass the confirmation assessment at the end of training
