We are hiring senior Java developers for a long-running digital banking programme with a European client. You will own service design for high-volume transaction modules, work in a two-week sprint cadence, and mentor a pod of three to four engineers. The role follows a hybrid model with three days a week at our Bellandur campus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Spring Boot microservices handling high transaction volumes
- Review code and enforce standards across a pod of three to four developers
- Tune PostgreSQL queries and JVM performance for latency-sensitive services
- Work with client architects on API contracts and integration patterns
- Support production releases and participate in an on-call rotation
- Contribute to estimation and sprint planning with the delivery manager
