About the role
Prithvi Infraprojects is mobilising a 480-crore-rupee NHAI four-laning package in Telangana and is hiring a Project Manager to lead it end to end. You will own the construction programme, monthly billing, cost control and client relationship, leading a site team of around 60 staff and multiple subcontractors. Candidates need twelve or more years in highway EPC with at least one complete package delivered as PM or deputy PM, sound knowledge of NHAI contract administration, MORTH specifications and HAM or EPC frameworks, and a track record of closing variations and extensions of time professionally.
Responsibilities
- Own the project construction programme, monthly targets and catch-up plans
- Control project cost against budget including subcontractor and plant economics
- Lead client and authority engineer interactions, correspondence and approvals
- Drive monthly RA bills, variations and time-extension claims with the contracts team
- Build and manage a 60-member site organisation with clear accountability
- Ensure quality, environmental and safety compliance across the package
