About the role
Credvia is a lending platform that partners with NBFCs to offer working capital credit lines to small businesses. We are hiring a Product Marketing Associate in Mumbai to sharpen how we explain our credit products to merchants and channel partners. You will own product one-pagers, WhatsApp and email lifecycle campaigns, app store copy and partner enablement decks. The role sits between product, sales and compliance, so you will learn to write precisely about regulated financial products. Two years of experience in fintech, SaaS or B2B marketing is preferred, along with strong writing samples in simple business English and Hindi.
What you will own
- Create and maintain product collateral, FAQs and partner enablement material
- Run lifecycle campaigns over email and WhatsApp for activation and repayment reminders
- Write app store listings, in-app copy and release announcements
- Route all external content through compliance review and keep versions organised
- Track campaign engagement and share insights with product and sales teams
