About the role

Nestora is a direct-to-consumer home furnishings brand selling bed linen, curtains and decor through our own website and leading marketplaces. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in Bengaluru to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta and marketplace advertising with a monthly spend above sixty lakh rupees. You will be accountable for blended ROAS and new customer CAC, manage one executive and an agency partner, and work with the creative team on ad testing velocity. Strong analytical skills and experience scaling D2C spend profitably are essential. We work three days a week from our Indiranagar office.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy, budgets and ROAS targets across Google, Meta and marketplace ads
  • Run structured creative and audience testing with documented learnings
  • Manage one performance executive and the media agency relationship
  • Build funnel and cohort reports to guide spend allocation between acquisition and retargeting
  • Coordinate with the website team on landing page and conversion rate improvements
