About the role
Vindhya Polymers runs two injection moulding plants in Indore with a combined workforce of over 600 including contract labour. We are hiring a Plant Administration Executive for our Pithampur-road facility. The role covers canteen and transport vendor management, contract labour attendance coordination with the time office, guest house and visitor handling, housekeeping supervision, and support during statutory inspections. Candidates should have two to five years of factory administration experience, working knowledge of contract labour documentation, and the ability to handle vendor negotiations firmly and fairly. Six-day working applies with general shift timing.
Responsibilities
- Manage canteen, transport and housekeeping vendors at the plant
- Coordinate contract labour attendance and gate records with the time office
- Maintain guest house, visitor and client audit hospitality arrangements
- Track admin consumables and control monthly spend
- Support factory inspector and statutory visit documentation
- Organise plant events and festival celebrations
