About the role
Kavachsure General Insurance is scaling its retail health insurance business sold directly through our website and app. We are hiring a Marketing Manager in Mumbai to own the acquisition funnel for retail health, spanning paid media, CRM journeys and landing page optimisation. You will work within regulatory guidelines on financial product communication, coordinate with compliance on all customer-facing assets, and manage two agencies for media and creative. The role reports to the Head of Direct Business and carries a quarterly target on policies issued through direct channels. Prior experience marketing insurance, lending or investment products is required.
Responsibilities
- Own the direct acquisition funnel and policy issuance targets for retail health
- Manage paid media plans and agency execution across search, social and display
- Design CRM journeys for quote drop-offs, renewals and cross-sell with the CRM executive
- Get all campaigns and creatives approved through compliance workflows
- Report funnel metrics, CAC and channel mix to leadership monthly
