About the role
Nivara Tech Solutions maintains web applications for enterprise clients across banking, retail and healthcare. Our Chennai centre needs junior UI developers to work within established React codebases: building screens from existing component libraries, fixing UI defects and writing unit tests, under the guidance of senior front-end engineers. This is a genuine growth role; you will not architect systems in year one, but you will learn disciplined delivery in codebases that many developers touch. We expect solid JavaScript fundamentals, honest Git hygiene and receptiveness to review feedback. One to three years of experience, or exceptional freshers with strong portfolio projects.
Responsibilities
- Build screens using established component libraries and patterns
- Fix UI defects assigned through the sprint board
- Write unit tests for components you build or change
- Follow Git workflow and respond to review feedback promptly
- Keep stories updated with accurate status and blockers
- Pair with senior developers on complex screens
