About the role
Sabziko supplies fresh produce to over 3,000 business buyers across Gujarat and is preparing to enter two new cities this year. We are hiring our first Growth Marketing Lead in Ahmedabad to build the demand generation function from scratch. You will own buyer acquisition across digital and field channels, set up referral and reactivation programmes, and define how we measure cost per active buying account. The role works directly with the founders and city operations heads. We want someone who has scaled growth at a B2B or hyperlocal startup and is comfortable being hands-on with campaigns before hiring a team.
What you will own
- Own acquisition targets for new active buying accounts across cities
- Run digital campaigns and coordinate field promotion drives with city teams
- Design referral, win-back and reactivation programmes for dormant accounts
- Set up tracking and dashboards for CAC, activation and retention metrics
- Hire and mentor a small growth team as the function scales
