About the role
Nivara Tech Solutions hires engineering graduates each year into a structured six-month training programme covering Java, databases, web fundamentals and agile delivery, followed by allocation to a live project. The 2026 batch will train at our Bengaluru campus with assessments at the end of each module; clearing all assessments is a condition of confirmation. We look for 2025 or 2026 graduates in engineering or computer applications with a consistent academic record and sound logical reasoning. No prior professional experience is required. A service agreement of eighteen months applies from the date of confirmation.
Responsibilities
- Complete classroom and lab modules in Java, SQL and web technologies
- Clear module assessments within the permitted attempts
- Build a capstone project in a team of four under a mentor
- Shadow a live project during the final month of training
- Follow workplace, security and client-confidentiality policies
- Take up project allocation at any Nivara location in India
