Gyanpath Learning builds affordable exam preparation courses for state-level government job aspirants, with over 400,000 registered learners and content in Hindi and English. The engineering team of twelve is remote across India, with the content and business teams based in Lucknow and Noida. We are hiring full stack developers to work on the learner platform: video delivery, mock test engine and payments. Traffic is spiky around exam notifications, so caching and graceful degradation are everyday concerns, not theory. You should write clearly, work independently, and be comfortable with a monthly two-day meet-up in Noida.
Responsibilities
- Build learner-facing features across Node.js APIs and the React web app
- Improve the mock test engine's scoring and review flows
- Handle traffic spikes with caching and sensible degradation paths
- Integrate and reconcile payment gateway flows
- Fix defects reported by learner support with clear turnaround
- Attend the monthly two-day team meet-up in Noida
