About the role
Prithvi Infraprojects is executing a port connectivity road project near Visakhapatnam and requires a Billing Engineer for the package. You will prepare monthly RA bills for the client and certify subcontractor bills, maintain measurement books with survey backup, and reconcile steel, cement and bitumen consumption against theoretical norms. Civil engineers with three to six years in roads or heavy civil billing, strong Excel skills and working knowledge of MORTH specifications should apply. Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly RA bills with complete measurement backup
- Maintain measurement books and joint measurement records with the authority engineer
- Certify subcontractor bills against executed quantities and recoveries
- Reconcile major material consumption against theoretical norms monthly
- Track BOQ deviations and support the contracts team on variation claims
